Painting Specifications
Interior
- Patch all cracks and wall fractures with poly filler and sand smooth
- Fill all gaps around cornice, door and window frames and skirting boards using ‘no more expandable gaps’
- Machine sand “with dust extraction” all windows, doors and trim
- Apply one full even coat sealer/undercoat to all surfaces that are to be repainted
- Ceilings - apply one or two full coats of flat acrylic
- Walls - apply one or two coats washable low sheen acrylic
- Window & Trim - apply one full coat semi gloss ’satin’ enamel
- Clean site and leave tidy
Exterior
- Fill all gaps and cracks
- Machine sand “dust extraction lead paints” all weather boards, windows, fascias and trim
- Apply two full coats premium acrylic to all surfaces
- Clean site and leave tidy
